Exhibit Set Up and Teardown

February 20, 2008

• Set up time will be from 8:00 am and go to 3:00 pm.
• All exhibits MUST be ready by 3:00 pm.
• All vehicles MUST be in place by 3:00 pm.

February 22, 2008

• Tear down of exhibits will be from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 pm.
• All exhibits must be torn down by 5:00 p.m. No Exceptions!

Exhibit Hours

The Exhibits will be set up in the Pavilion adjacent to the conference room. Morning and afternoon breaks will be held in the exhibit room to ensure maximum exposure for exhibitor and attendee networking.

Reserve Your Space

To reserve your space, simply complete the enclosed application and return to WestStart-CALSTART. You can select your space from those listed on the back of this page. Space reservations are held once a deposit equal to 50% of the space fee is received. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is due by December 31, 2007 or space will be forfeited. Every attempt will be made to honor an exhibitor’s chosen space; however, space is reserved on a first-come/first-served basis.

Upon receipt of application and deposit, an exhibitor will receive confirmation of their booth space and information to complete the conference booth kit. Exhibitors will be working with an independent exhibit services company to order electricity and move in and move out assistance. This information will be sent upon receipt of application and deposit.
